The combined parallax scrolling and spacious big imagery can help create a feel for a location/experience (and not just the property). On a related note, I'm a huge fan of "owning your breadcrumbs" and I'd encourage you to grab a domain for your rental for marketing. Then link to your booking service from your own website.
