Build notes by submitter: This form uses HTML5 contentEditable to allow the form to be displayed as a letter. Javascript then grabs the content in the HTML5 fields and enters them into a hidden
which populate a Google Socs spreadsheet for us to grab the data from. Along with this, the site is responsive and has a little fade in at the start. We wanted to try and discover new ways to allow people to fill in forms. Whilst this solution isn't perfect, we think its a nice piece of exploration.
