Motive Apartments

Gorgeous use of parallax scrolling, colorful gradients and crisp typography to give a professional first impression of the ‘Motive Apartments’ in Perth, Australia. The One Page website features smart elements like a floor plan explorer, a “perfect lifestyle” infographic and a slick construction progress bar (with an impressive responsive adaption). Lovely touch how the gallery overlay features the same background gradient consistent with the rest of the site. Last little shout to how they’ve only used one font family, Open Sans, but mixed up the weights and styles so well that it doesn’t feel like one font. Excellent work this by Humaan.
