There is no question One Page websites are known for being quite long. Not to worry though, Tim Holman has created this awesome “back to top” button that behaves like an elevator. It’s real fun, give the demo a go. Download the Elevator.js plugin free on GitHub.

Elevator.js fixes those awkward “scroll to top” moments the old fashioned way. Finally, a “back to top” button that behaves like a real elevator, by adding elevator music to quietly soothe the awkwardness that can ensue when being smoothly scrolled to the top of the screen.
