Who reads it
People who care about craft on the web: independent designers choosing a direction for a client, founders working out what their landing page should feel like, and developers hunting for a pattern that already works. They arrive with intent. Most visits start from a search for a specific kind of page or section, not idle browsing.
That intent is the point. Behind it sits 9,136 curated websites and 9,114 catalogued page sections, built up since 2008. That is why people arrive searching for something specific rather than browsing for a while and leaving.
Where a sponsor appears
Placements are built into the site rather than bolted on, so they sit in the same grid people are already scanning.
Gallery card. A full thumbnail in the main grid, third position, carrying your own screenshot and copy. It looks like the sites around it because it is the same card. Clearly marked, never disguised.
Sections. A card on the sections archive, where visitors are browsing specific page patterns. The most intent-heavy surface on the site.
The Love Letter. A dedicated slot in the newsletter, which goes out every two weeks with the best of what has been published.
Articles and related posts. A card alongside written pieces and at the foot of every review, where readers land from search.
How we work
One sponsor at a time per placement, booked by the month. We write or edit the copy with you so it reads like the rest of the site. That is usually the difference between a placement people click and one they scroll past. No display ads, no third-party ad scripts, no tracking pixels: nothing that slows the site down or follows people around after they leave.
We only take sponsors whose product a One Page Love reader would plausibly want. If it is not a fit we will say so rather than take the money.
