Fresh One Page portfolio layout for designer, Cody James Sielawa. Love the project description fonts used but think there is definitely a UX issue having to scroll down to the bottom of the site again after clicking a thumbnail near the bottom.
This website has unfortunately been redesigned or gone offline, so I have removed the direct link to it. The screenshot below hopefully preserved enough of the design. FYI: the site was first featured on 10 July 2014.
