French developer Mickael Soler has created this interesting retro game “web playground” built with WordPress, to show off his impressive parallax skills. Nice touch with the Space Invaders preloader. I can see some influences from the Gameboy 25th Birthday One Pager but of course with nice additions by Mickael.
This website has unfortunately been redesigned or gone offline, so I have removed the direct link to it. The screenshot below hopefully preserved enough of the design but if you are really keen to inspect further, try this Archive.org link. FYI: the site was first featured on 20 January 2015.
