One Page Love for Claude Code

Give Claude Code real references to study before it starts writing your website.

Free during beta. No One Page Love account or API key.

Connect in three steps

  1. Add the server to your project

Open a terminal in your project and run this command. It adds a remote HTTP server for this project.

claude mcp add --transport http onepagelove https://api.onepagelove.com/mcp
  2. Check the connection

Run claude mcp list. Then start Claude Code and use /mcp to check One Page Love. There is no One Page Love sign-in step.

    claude mcp list
  3. Research before building

Tell Claude Code what you are making and ask it to consult One Page Love before editing files. Review tool approvals as you normally would.

Check it works

Ask for three relevant website references first. Claude Code should call One Page Love and return source links before proposing code changes.

Start with your next project

After the first implementation, ask Claude Code to review the page against the references and refine the hierarchy, spacing and typography.

Build a landing page for our new scheduling tool. First use One Page Love to research six SaaS websites and a few hero sections. Explain which ideas fit our product, then build an original page using the components and fonts already in this project.

A few things to know

Not seeing One Page Love?

If the server is missing, check that you are in the project where you added it. For access across projects, add --scope user before the server name in the setup command. Restart the session after configuration changes.

What does the connection do?

It makes One Page Love’s website and section searches available to your AI tool. Your agent can inspect references and apply the ideas using its own design and coding capabilities. The MCP itself does not build or host your website.

Will the results look like the demo?

Image presentation depends on your client. Some show screenshots inline, some show links, and others let the model inspect an image without displaying it. The demo illustrates the workflow, not an exact client interface.

What data is shared?

Your AI tool sends search arguments to One Page Love. Queries, filters, result counts, request metadata and IP addresses are logged to operate the service. Avoid putting sensitive project information in search requests. Review your client’s tool permissions before connecting.
